Floor has 5 living rooms with a total capacity of 12 beds + extra bed, baby cot on request. Each room has its own bathroom - (toilet, shower, sink), and each room has SAT TV-LCD + DVD player and own kitchenette with basic equipment and stainless steel microwave with grill. Room with a capacity of 30 seats can be used for organizing discos with the disco effects, or family celebrations and other gatherings. It is equipped with color TV with 107 cm satellite HDTV and home theater 1000 watts is linked bar and fireplace with a fully equipped kitchen with its own entrance. The whole building is covered by an WiFi Internet connection. The entrance is part of a ping pong table and the fence outside of the gazebo with outdoor seating with fireplace and grill. Cottage is structurally related to a separate recreational house Golem with its own entrance with a capacity of 8 beds, possibility of cumulative stay up to 20 people.
