Shared kitchen - fully equipped - 2 fridges, electric stove, kettle and microwave, radio. Dining room for the winter sitting, or cold evenings. Have central gas heating. Big yard for various sports activities and relaxation: ping-pong tables, throw darts, petanque, badminton, ball games, swing, 1 x fireplace, 1 x grill with grill devices, pot for cooking, sitting in the arbor. Free parking in the courtyard. Opposite to house is a small pub with a possibility of full board and 3 km is pond with the possibility of sport fishing.
